The Administration office can be accessed through the front lobby and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.. All request for copies of reports, information regarding police matters and other police related inquiries can be made at this office.

A Records Clerk can assist you by providing copies of accident, incident/offense or arrests reports (Note: Arrest reports can only be given to the arrestee with proper ID.) as well as any other information pertaining to reports.  There is a $5 charge for all report copies.  Please have any pertinent information (such as dates, locations and or names of person (s) involved) to insure prompt and accurate service.  You may contact this Division at  (251) 981-9777 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m..

If you should have an emergency, please dial 911.  If you would like to speak to an Officer you can contact our Department at (251) 981-9777 or visit the Orange Beach Police Department.  A Police Officer can handle all questions or file a report about a specific incident.
