Municipal Court

A Defensive Driving Course is now available through the Municipal Court.  For more information please call and ask for the Defensive Driving Coordinator at 251-981-2444.

The Court Clerk's office and Court Room are located at the Orange Beach Justice Center, 4480 Orange Beach Boulevard (Hwy 161).

Payments in the form of cashiers check or money order can be mailed to:    Municipal Court, P. O. Box 529, Orange Beach, Alabama 36561.  Credit and debit cards are also accepted for payments and cash bonds. 

Court office hours are 830am - 430pm, Monday - Friday.

2.  As of January 26th, 2005, fines can be settled with major credit cards at the time of your appearance in court.
